Host- Chris Decker

  • Over 35 years of experience in military and civilian Installation management
Mr. Decker is a seasoned professional engineer who brings a wealth of global experience with assignments across Asia, the Middle East, and Eastern Europe. His distinguished service in the Civil Engineer Corps/SEABEEs of the U.S. Navy has nurtured his expertise in facilities management and acquisition.
An alumnus of the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, Mr. Decker holds a master’s degree in Engineering Management from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Naval Science from the United States Naval Academy.

Unique perspective

Mr Decker is deeply passionate about philanthropy, having served in key positions such as Vice Chairman of the International Stability Operations Association (ISOA), a founding Board member and Vice President of the Navy Safe Harbor Foundation, and Director of the U.S. Philippines Society. With a diverse background as a military leader, entrepreneur, and philanthropist, he brings a unique perspective to stability operations and global security challenges.
