Tom Lampley serves as VP of Marketing and External Affairs at KBR Government Solutions, where he leads initiatives to expand partnerships and global markets in support of U.S. defense and federal agencies. He also sits on the ISOA Board.

Before joining KBR in 2009, Tom held senior leadership roles at MVM, Inc. and IAP World Services. A retired U.S. Air Force officer, he served in key command and acquisition roles, including Director of Congressional Issues for the Secretary of the Air Force and Commander of the USAF Academy’s largest academic and flight training program.

Tom holds a BS in Engineering from West Point, an MS in Business Management, and has completed multiple executive programs. His distinguished military service includes 236 F-4 combat missions and numerous combat related awards, including two Distinguished Flying Crosses, 24 Air Medals and the Vietnamese Cross of Gallantry.
